विलाप / Moan

अब तुम कहोगे मर रही हैं नदियां

विलुप्त हो रहे तालाब,कुएं,वन,पशु पक्षी

कट रहे जंगल और संताप से भरे

खड़े हैं पहाड़

Now you would say that the rivers are dying

All are going to be extinct- 

ponds, wells, animals and birds

The woods are being fallen down

And the mountains are standing full of remorse

शाम को शहर के न्यू मार्केट में

उमड़ी यह ठसा ठस भीड़

लोगों की नहीं,धनपशुओं की है

और यह समाज पाउडर क्रीम लगाया

बजबजाता हुआ सूअर का खोभाड़ है

In the evening, a packed crowd that emerges

In the new market of the city,

Is not of human beings 

But of a money-hungry animals

And this society is nothing but a rankling lump

Of a well-dressed piggery 

अब तुम कहोगे, देखो न!

शहर के इने गिने,नामी गिरामी बुद्धिजीवी

अलग अलग विषयों पर छांट रहे व्याख्यान

उनमें एक से बढ़ कर एक मोटे ताजे सत्ता के जोंक

अपनी सुविधा के लिहाज से

चुन लिए हैं पक्ष प्रतिपक्ष

वो भी सिर्फ दिन भर के लिए

रात को आ जाते अपने अपने बिल में

Now you would say, See,

The top brash intelligentsia of this city

Are delivering speeches on different issues

Among them, each fattened leech better than others

Has chosen his side as per his comforts

That too just for daylong

At night, they would relapse into their own holes

अब तुम कहोगे,कितना निर्लज्ज और क्रूर समय है

स्टेशन के पीछे खड़ी रहनेवाली चार पांच वेश्याएं

एक दूसरे को फूटी आँख न सुहाने पर भी

इन दिनों खौफ से बहनापा निभाते

रहने लगीं हैं साथ साथ

Now you would say, How shameless and cruel is the time

The four-five prostitutes who wait at behind the station

Even though being extremely jaundiced about each other

Have started to live together out of fear

Showing signs of sisterhood

अब तुम कहोगे, मुक्त व्यापार के साथ इस देश में

सब कुछ होता जा रहा मुक्त

वहीँ विचारों पर क्यों पसरती जा रही घास पात

एक अघोषित समझदारी

विकसित हो गयी है

हम बोलते रहेंगे,लिखते रहेंगे परिवर्तन के पक्ष में

पर खूंटा हमारा जस का तस रहेगा
Now you would say, everything is liberalised
In this age of free trade
Then why creepers are emerging on the ideologies
An undeclared understanding is reached
That we would continue to speak and write 
In favour of change
Though keeping our results pegged at where it was

ऐसे ही, तुम कहोगे और भी बहुत कुछ

और फिर कहोगे

हम लोग कर ही क्या सकते हैं
Similarly, you would say so many things
And then would sum up by saying
What we can do after all

पहली बार नदियों के सूखने

बजबजाते सूअर के खोभाड़

और उन वेश्याओं के नकली बहनापे से

बुरा लग रहा

तुम्हारा विलाप।
This is the first time
When I am seeing something worse 
Than the drying up of the rivers
Than the rankling lump of piggery
And also than the false sisterhood of harlots.
And that thing is your moan.

अभी अभी

अभी अभी जाग गया है पेड़

ले चोंच में आई है

तिनका एक चिड़िया

अभी अभी सड़क मल रही आँख

सुबह सुबह बस्ता झुलाये

स्कूल जा रहे बच्चे

अभी अभी एक मजदूर ने पोंछा है

ललाट से पसीना

और पूरी ताकत से उठा लिया है बोरा

अभी अभी एक किरानी पहुंचा है निर्णय पर

आज नहीं जायेगा दफ़्तर

जायेगा घूमने बच्चों के साथ

अभी अभी महीनों बाद खिड़की खोल

एक मरीज़ देख रहा अस्पताल से बाहर

अभी अभी लौट रहीं चीटियाँ

शक्कर के दाने को उठाये

अभी अभी अपना घर छोड़

अपने प्रेमी के संग अंततः जा रही लड़की

अभी अभी उछाह से भर गयी है नदी

बच्चे तैरना सीख रहे उसके ठेहुना भर पानी में

अभी अभी एक कविता हो रही है पूरी

एक दुनिया संवर रही है

कवि की आँखों में।

एक हृदयविदारक दृश्य

तुम जो खड़ा करते हो शब्दों के पहाड़

तुम्हें मालूम नहीं

उनमें एक भी शब्द तुम्हारे नहीं हैं

कभी जिए ही नहीं शब्दों के साथ

नहीं की यात्रा धूप,

धूल,वर्षा में उनके संग

हिलमिल सुने ही नहीं उनकी कथा

जान ही न पाये उनकी व्यथा

इसीलिए देखो न!

तुम्हारे शब्द में न रस,न सुवास

न श्वेद,न रक्त,न अश्रु

यानी सिरे से गायब जीवन

जैसे मिट्टी को उठा टोकरी में

फेंक दिया जाता गड्ढे में

तुमने फेंक दिया पन्नों पर

अब लो,तुम ही संभालो

जैसे तुमने फेंका वैसे ही औंधे

पड़े हुए हैं शब्द

न कोई जुम्बिश,न हिलडुल

एक बूंद रक्त,एक बूंद श्वेद भी मिला होता

तो अंकुरित हो जाते वे कागज़ पर ही

बिना मिट्टी के

ऐसे हृदयविदारक दृश्य

नहीं रचते शब्द।

एक कविता ही छूट गयी

इतना वक्त कैसे मिलता है तुम्हें

जो लिखते हो कविताएँ इन दिनों

जबकि दुनिया की आपाधापी में

अब किसी को साँस लेने की फुरसत नहीं

मुझे हंसी आई

उस रसूखदार आदमी के प्रश्न पर

और मैंने कहा गनीमत है

कम से कम

एक कविता तो आपसे छूट गयी

दोस्तों!यह बहुत बड़ी खबर है

हमारे लिए इस दौर में

अकाल में झमाझम बरखा जैसी

कि दुनिया के ताकतवर ,रसूखदार लोग

सब कुछ भले अपने जेबों में भर लें

वे कविता से रहते सात बांस दूर

एक यही चीज़ उन्हें भीतर से

नाकाबिले बर्दाश्त है

जो उनकी आत्मा पर मारती है डंक

जिस दिन उन्हें लगने लगेगी कविता प्रिय

कविता भी बिकने लगेगी बाज़ार में

कौड़ी के तीन।

कवि-परिचय: राजकिशोर राजन एक ऐसे प्रसिद्ध युवाकवि हैं जो कवियों की नई पीढ़ी को वैचारिक और शिल्पगत परिपक्वता देने में गम्भीरतापूर्वक लगे हैं.  इनके चार कविता-संग्रह प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं जिनके नाम हैं- 'बस क्षण भर के लिए', 'नूरानी बाग', 'ढील हेरती लड़की' और 'कुशीनारा से गुजरते हुए'. इन्हें साहित्य के क्षेत्र में अनेक प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कारों से समानित किया जा चुका है जिनमें प्रमुख हैं- आरसी प्रसाद सिंह राष्ट्रीय सम्मान, बिहार राजभाषा परिषद द्वारा सम्मान, जनकवि रामदेव भावुक स्मृति सम्मान आदि. आजीविका भारतीय रेल की नौकरी है.  

      इनका सबसे नया काव्य ग्रंथ 'कुशीनारा से गुजरते हुए' साहित्यकारों के बीच काफी चर्चित है. राजन की दृष्टि में बुद्ध किसी धर्मप्रवर्तक का नाम नहीं अपितु उस कविता के मानवीकरण का नाम है जिसे लोग जीवन कहते हैं. बुद्ध के जीवन-प्रसंगों का सुंदर उद्धरणों में जीवन-दर्शन का अति-सूक्ष्म अन्वेषण करते हुए कवि सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि और उसमें जीवन-मरण के लय को परिभाषित करने में प्रयत्नरत है और बखूबी कर रहा है.

Introduction of the poet: Rajkishore Rajan is a famous young poet who is seriously engaged in giving conceptual and artistic maturity to the new generation of poets. Four of his poetry collections have been published in Hindi whose names are 'Just for a moment', 'Noorani Bagh', 'Dhil Harti Girl' and 'Passing through Kushinara'. These have been summarized in the field of literature with many prestigious awards in which the major are: RC Prasad Singh National Award, honor by the Bihar Rajbhasha Parishad, Janakvavi Ramdev's emotional memory honor etc. Livelihood is the job of Indian Railways.

      His newest poetic treatise 'passing through Kushinara' is quite popular among writers. In the eyes of Rajan, Buddha is not the name of a religious reformer, but of the personification of the poem, which people call life. Through the beautiful quotes of Buddha's life-affair, the poet is trying to define the whole creation and the rhythm of life-death in it. Obviously, he has done it beseemingly.
