The program of the song-recital by the famous folk singer of Bihar, Dr. Neetu Kumari Navgeet  'Paavan Lage Lali Churian' (Red 'chunari - piece of the red cloth is so sacred!) was organized in the auditorium of the Institute of Engineers (India), Patna under the aegis of Literary and Cultural organisation ‘Lekhya Manjusha, Patna’ and ‘Naavgeetika Lok Rasdhar’.  Purnima Shekhar Singh, the president of Bihar IAS Wives Association and chief guest of the program, said that folklore is our cultural heritage. This is also a powerful medium of message to awaken the masses. The full gamut of our tradition of the folklore is present in the songs of   Neetu Navgeet and she is growing fast in this field. The speaker suggested the folk singer that if she continues singing sticking to the culture and heritage of Bihar state, then the whole Bihar will come forward to support her. The editor-in-chief of the magazine 'Samayik Pariwesh' and noted writer Mamta Mehrotra said that it is an important responsibility of ours to save our culture and literature in this sensitive time. Ratna Purkayastha, the Deputy Director of Doordarshan Bihar said that Doordarshan has always promoted the folk art and folk artists. Moni Tripathi , Chairperson of the Jagaran Sangini Club congratulated the folk singer Neetu Navgeet, on the occasion and said that her organization is always working to promote public art.

The folk singer Neetu Navjyoti said that to bring maximum output in the field of folk singing and to encourage new talents in the folk singing in Bihar, she has also created an association named ‘Navgeetika Lok Rasadhar’. Dr. Neetu Kumari Navgeet, sang many folk songs written and composed by herself in the worship of goddess Durga in this program organized under the banner of Lekhya Manjusha. At the beginning of the program, she performed her rendition on Ganesh Vandana  ‘Mangal ke data rauwa bigadi banai ji’. After that, she fascinated the listeners by presenting ‘Ganga ji ke paniya le aaib, Mandir dho aaib ho’. Then she presented her renditions in the prayers of mother Durga with her songs of Lali Chunariya Shobhela, Shobhe Lali Tikulia, Ho Maiya Bhave Lali Rangwa, and Jhula Lagal Ba Nimiya Dar Jhule Mai Zoom Jhoom.  The folk singer, Dr. Neetu Kumari Navgeet was accompanied by Ravi Shankar Mishra on tabla, Rakesh Kumar on harmonium, Santosh Kumar on naal and Ajit Kumar on the Jhajhari. Famous poet Dr. Qasim Khurshid said that the singing of the Neetu Navgeet carries the sweet smell of the soil of village. It is the duty of all to keep our culture alive and to make it progress. During the program, all the dignitories released Nitu Navgeet’s new video album 'Pavan Lage Lali Chunariya' and offered their good wishes to the folk singer for the success of the album.

In the second phase of the program, Dr. Neetu Kumari Navgeet performed the farewell song from Mora Pichhawaria Jhihiriya ke gachhiya, Bhi Jaai Ho Ho Bahriya, Ziri Ziri Song and Duniya se maiya mai aaj bichhri. The program was conducted by Kislay Kishore, President of Rashtriya Yuva Vikas Parishad and Avinash Jha. The coordination of the program and offering of vote of thanks were done by the member of ‘Lekhya Manjhusha’ and the country's famous poet Sameer Parimal. On this occasion, Sanjay Kumar Kundan, Professor Javed Hayat, Dr. Ramnath Purshotti, Ganesh Ji Baghi, Aradhana Prasad, Pratibha Verma, Sonali Gupta, Sanjit Kumar, Randhir Kumar, Dy Director of Information and Public Relations Department Many music lovers of the city were present along with Dinesh Kumar, Prof. Pramod Kumar and Hemant Das Him.
