Message of Tax compliance spiced with music and humour

एक धनी व्यापारी अपनी खास शैली में कर-बचाव के
अपने उपायों में लीन है। उसने कर-अनुपालन के पक्ष में अपने अधिवक्ता और
अपनी सहायिका द्वारा कर-अनुपालन
के पक्ष में दिये गए बहुमूल्य सुझाव को झिड़क.
दिया। और तो और, भिखारी को भीख और अपनी
सहायिका को वेतन-बढ़ोतरी की माँग को भी ठुकरा देता है। इस तरह से उसके परिसर में आयकर छापे के एक हमले के लिए एक आदर्श माहौल
तैयार होता है। टैक्स के अधिकारियों को देखते ही वह बेहोश होने लगता है फिर
अनाप-शनाप बोल कर दया के लिए प्रार्थना करता है। प्राधिकृत अधिकारी उसे विश्वास
दिलाता है कि उनकी विभागीय टीम का उद्देश्य कर-भुगतान को लागू करना है न कि उसके
व्यवसाय को नष्ट करना। वकील भी इस बात की पुष्टि करता है। धनी व्यापारी किस्त में
कर का भुगतान करने के लिए शर्तों पर बातचीत करता है और टैक्स अदा कर चैन की वंशी बजाता है।
इस परिकथा को आयकर विभाग के दल द्वारा मंचित करने के लिए
संक्षिप्त बनाया गया था, हालांकि पूरी
प्रस्तुति संगीत और हास्य के साथ परिपूर्ण थी जिसने पूरे नाटक में दर्शकों को
मंत्रमुग्ध रखा। नाटक के लेखक और निर्देशक भागवत शरण झा 'अनिमेष' को इस तरह की कुशल प्रस्तुति के लिए मुख्य रूप से वाहवाही मिलनी चाहिए। भागवत शरण झा, राजकुमार भारती, अनिल कुमार, हेमंत दास हिम,
मुकुंद कुमार, नवनीत मिश्रा, दीपक कुमाररुबी कुमारी, चुनचुंन देवी,
रंजीत, पंकज आदि ने आयकर के संदेश को जनता तक पहुंचाने हेतु बिल्कुल उचित अभिनय किया।
A wealthy merchant suffers from the
typical tax-avoidance syndrome. He shrugs off the valuable suggestion offered
by the scrupulous advocate and secretary in favour of tax-compliance. All the
more, his miserly behavior even with the beggar and his beautiful secretary
sets a perfect ambiance for an onslaught of Income Tax raid on his premises.
And, the wealthy merchant is bemused seeing the taxmen. He is about to faint
and gabbles to pray for mercy. The authorised officer convinces him that the
purpose of his departmental team is to implement tax payment and not to destroy
his business. The advocate also confirms the same view. The wealthy merchant
negotiates the terms to pay the tax in installment and gets relaxation.
The script was concise and pinpointed to the
departmental theme though the whole presentation was replete with music and
humour that kept the audience mesmerised throughout the play. Drama-writer and
director Bhagwat Sharan Jha 'Animesh' gets the main applause for such a
skillful presentation. Bhagwat Sharan Jha, Rajkumar Bharti, Anil Kumar, Hemant
Das 'Him', Mukund Kumar, Navneet Mishra, Deepak Kr, Ruby Kumari, Chunchun Devi, Ranjit,
Pankaj etc. had acted in a perfect manner as required for the communication of the departmental message to the public.
