देखि हुनकर असल रंग भक हमर टूटि गेल / कवि - ओम प्रकाश झा 

Seeing his true  colours my drowse  is gone / Poet- Om Prakash Jha

देखि हुनकर असल रंग भक हमर टूटि गेल

पोखरिमे सभ नंग-धड़ंग भक हमर टूटि गेल

Inside dark is outward blonde, my drowse is gone

Everybody is nude in pond, my drowse is gone 

सभ आँखिक नोर सुखायल आगि एहेन छै लागल

देखिकS कानैत यमुना-गंग भक हमर टूटि गेल 

Everywhere there is a fire, my tears vapourised 

Ganges, Yamuna weep I found, my drowse is gone 

बूझलौं अपना के कपरगर एकटा संगी भेटल

छोड़ि देलक ओ जखन संग भक हमर टूटि गेल

Thought myself lucky when I got a fellow

Though he left and beyond, my drowse is gone

कते बियोंत लगाबै छलौं अहाँकें अंग लगाबै लेल

जखन लगेलौं अंगसँ अंग भक हमर टूटि गेल

So much did I plan to embrace you my dear

When I took you to my bond, my drowse is gone

मस्तीक नाव भसिया गेल छै समयक ऐ प्रवाहमे

छलौं यौ हमहुँ मस्त-मलंग भक हमर टूटि गेल.

The boat of joy has sunk in this flow of time

I too was frolicking around, my drowse is gone.

Introduction of the poet- Sri Om Prakash Jha is a well known poet with a huge number of active followers on social sites. Any poem he posts get hundreds of responses immediately. His gazals (poems) mainly concentrate on man-woman love and contemporary social conditions. His compilation of self composed gazals are in a book titled 'Kiyo boojhi na sakal hamara' (Nobody could understand me). He works as a Group- A officer in a Central Govt Office.
