Unfolding the layers of polymorphic system
- a discussion on contemporary poetry
On receiving the Nagarjuna Award by Madan Kashyap, progressive writer association, Patna unit, a program was organized near the Techno Herald, Maharaja Keshwar Complex, Buddha Park in Patna, in which several emphatic signatures of contemporary poetry were present. Under the chairmanship of Prabhat Sarasij, Rajkishore Rajan conducted the operation. Among the senior poets, Ganesh Gunjan, Devshankar Naveen, Shekhar, Sanjay Kumar Kundan, Shahenshah Alam were prominent. In the first session, Madan Kashyap recited seven poems, whose titles were - Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Dopur Shankh, Small God, Sadness of the Ancestors, Purvriya, Kala-Passenger and Scarecrow.
Each of his poems is a poem written in a realistic background, which shakes a person without any noise, and also produces resentment against the rules of the system. In the poem titled 'Protean', he says,
"In this polymorphic system
It is very difficult
To survive by profession of protean"
And later, they say with fear that,
"in today's society
Only prolific
Which is not polarized "
The truth is, only the poor people who live with profession of protean for livelihood only change the traits to run their livelihood, otherwise if someone who has got 'Power', it seems that by changing the disguise to the public, to make the people fool and straighten their owls.
In the extant lines of other poems, he said-
"Any other river is ancient / river of pain
Which flows in the direction of time / generation-by-generation / book-by-book "
Absolutely right, the sequence of painting and oppressing the vulnerable by powerful people keeps running continuously, even if there is no era. The question is, why does not a person adopt humanity, and if any government or territory does not try to stop its injustice, then what is the justification for its existence?
In some poems, Madan Kashyap impressed the effectiveness of sensitivity in the global environment, and in some cases, the unwanted movements of Indian politics could also be summoned. In one, he asked about the woman, said:
"In that era, did women / daughters get / could get food to meet the hnger?
After listening to Kashyap's poems, many senior critics made quick comments. Among the commentators were Gangesh Gunjan, Devshankar Naveen, Shekhar etc. Shekhar said that poet poems are very strong but the poet does not need to give any introduction or explanation about poetry. This work is of the listeners and the ability to be understood automatically in the poem. Devshankar Naveen said that the poetry of Madan Kashyap is contained with cryptic messages, and with the creation of the idol in the mind of the listeners, the layer-to-layer opens. That's their specialty. Prabhat Sarasij said that Madan's first three poems are poetry of transcendence. Madan goes down in poetry. He also said that the ghazal and the stylized poem also have significance and it is definitely capable of removing the problem of readership if it contains contemporary connotations.
In the second session, a poem was held in which many new poets participated. Youth poet Kundan Anand showed the right, but definite, contemporary phase of Dharmi and read-
"What do people do not do / to change colors in this era
Seeing me my father smiles / Just to forget all his pains "
A poet reads the compositions in praise of the sun and his so called ghazal was very long. Quoting lines is not necessary here.
Ramnath Shodharthi is a good young poet and contemporary too. See his allegorical lines:
"Whether has stuck in the clouds / We listened to much of black money?"
Then Hemant Das 'Him' read the poem titled 'Ruins', which had some lines-
"I can extinguish my burning feeling of retaliation
Only by breaking the pieces more which are already broken
Because the breaking of the already broken is not a crime "
The poet has effectively expressed the angst of the resource-less people who are bearing blows of injustice at the hands of a few persons in the power.
Again, in Bhagwat 'Aimmeesh', the text of the poem titled 'Paddy planating Daughters', which reveals many aspects of today's Indian girl's positive functioning. This new poem can be known for the new style of cinemaking and new words like 'salatiyan' and 'updaiyan'. There were some lines-
"Paddy planting daughters / beauties slates / everyone is queen of her mind / no one's follower"
After this, Sameer Parimal, who started his successful Shayari, in a successful attempt to connect people with poetry in Pattna nowadays, revolutionized the revolution -
"Fire will be in the fall / when they will speak out loud
If fill the wounds, then the marks will will speak "
This Shaiyarana attempt to turn the groans of the exploited ones into the fire and keep the fire alive is auspicious.
Moving forward the sequence of poetry recitation, Shiv Charan said on the changing mood of the weather-
"How is this air / how is that game of decency"
Anil Bibhakar tweeted through the poem of Bihari dishes-
"There is joy in eating / drinking greens in the winter"
Powerful representative of Bihar's contemporary poetry Rajkishor Rajan has found the secret of life in the simplicity of life and said-
"Grass, rose and Butterfly / Chasing them / I get / Mystery of Life"
After him, the national-level poet, Shahanshah Alam, who came after him with fearless and effective poem- He gave a strong message to keep alive the revolution against the exploitation and showed this by allegory of keeping alive the fire in the rustic cigarette of his father, while reciting the poem titled 'Poetry of sad weather'. Some lines were thus-
"Where I work / Fire has been kept away from me
Because the ruler knows
With this fire, I will burn / burn all his walls of injustice"
Senior poet Sanjay Kundan read the poem titled 'Cat Walk', and here is the excerpt-
"How long does will we keep shedding / our blood / for these fashion parades
To fill the color / without thinking something / against it "
Then Dr. B.N. Vishwakarma recited his poem on note ban and showed the problems faced by the people. Prabhat Kumar Dhawan, Sanjeev Kumar Shrivastav also recited their poems.
Prabhat Sarasij, the famous poet of the contemporary poetry, read the last poem of this program. - His poems have a special place in powerful communication to the public against the feudalistic ideology. Here is some lines
"The center of its origin has brought itself / his fame.
Now the virtues of your faith are singing itself "
At the end of the program, Shahanshah Alam thanked the poets and listeners who came. On the whole, this assembly of Madan Kashyap and other poets in which not only poetry was read out but also a meaningful dialogue did take place. And in this sense it can be considered as a major creative initiative of Bihar this year.
