ओतने हम जी रहल ही जेतना जोगार लागल  
केतना के भाग जागल केतना के आग लागल
I am living as much life as could been
Many got inspired and many are green
मलाल है कि हमरा अपना सकल न कोई
पत्थर से दिल लगइली अन्जाम बनली पागल
I have a grief that no one made me own
Became a lunatic giving heart to stone
ई जिन्दगी के मतलब अब तक समझ न पइली
बादल ही हम गगन के, बरसा-सनेह श्यामल
I could’t know  what is my life about
Am showering love in sky as black cloud
बेहबार के डगर पर चलना महाकठिन है
कोसिस हजार कइली मन के बजल न मादल
It’s too difficult to maintain  mundane affair
Couldn't produce tuneful sound though I beat there
हर बात के बतंगड़ बनवा रहल जमाना
कहीं द्वार खुल रहल हs कहीं बन्द लौह साँकल
The time is making ado of everything
Some doors are open, others are closed cling
'अनिमेष' गाँव-घर से नाता बचा के रखिहs
हरियर मिजाज रहबs दिलखुश बहार बादल

कsर रहली हs अलग तरह के काम
दे देली चिन्ता के अब बिसराम
I am doing work of a different kind
And have let all my worries rescind
काम करब जे मन के लागत ठीक
चले कलम अब मुक्तमना बेलीक
I do the job whatever I like
And my pen will run with a free psyche
दिनभर देखम अब हम मोजरल आम
माथापच्ची पर अब लगत लगाम
Flowered mango trees – daylong I’ll view the scene
And all the intellective exercises will be put under rein 
कsर रहली हs अलग तरह के काम
दे देली बुद्धी के कुछ बिसराम
I am doing a work of different kind
And let for a while my intellect rescind


तजली हम बुद्धी के नव हठयोग
खूब करब जीवन में जीवन-भोग
I have forsaken the mental manipulations of stubborn type
So that I can enjoy fully the liveliness of life
मालदह आम हुलस कs अब हम खाएम
मधुबन तज कs आउर कहा हम जाएम
Now I shall eat the Maladah mango delightedly
Where shall I go leaving this orchard lovely
कsर रहली हs अलग तरह के काम
याद न है अब हमरा अप्पन नामl
I am doing work of different kind
Even my name is not coming to the mind.


चिउरा-दही रसगुल्ला जलपान
तेकरा उप्पर फल केला अलपान
My breakfast is choora rasogulla and curd
Over that fruit of banana as dessert 
दम आलू के व्यंजन के सुखभाग
आज अलापली सुंदर भोजन-राग
Dish of Aalu-dam is superfine
Today I relished in the tasty dine
जब तक जिनगी है भागवत अनिमेष
काम कsर लीक से अलग विशेष ।
Till the moment you live ‘Bhagwat Animesh’

सब बदलल बदलल न हम्मर राग

आदिकाल से सूतल हम्मर भाग

चोर-लुटेरा के सिर सज्जल ताज

जड़तापूण गतानुगतिक समाज

खोच सोच में पइसल है चूप-चाप

व्यर्थ लगइअ लोकतंत्र के जाप

मरल-टूटल कान रहल हलकान

खेती-बाड़ी के निकलल है जान

जात-पात में बूड़ल पढ़ल लोग

छूटत कइसे भेद-भाव के रोग

परम पिता के पूत सकल समाज

तइयो ढोइअ कोढ़ में रह-रह खाज

के बदलत ई सड़ित-गलित समाज

के देखत दलितन के दिल के दाग़

राजनीति में जात-पात-उत्पात

जन-गण-मन के दिल पर उल्कापात

क्षेत्रवाद, भाषा के नव संग्राम

कइसे चलत लोकतंत्र के काम

देखs भइया हिरदय करs बिसाल

भाईचारा के बाजे करताल

देश से उप्पर न है कोई लोग

चल करs अब समता के नवयोग

मिलजुल कोशिश करs बन्धु विशेष

देश सबल हो विनय करे ‘अनिमेष’।

कवि का परिचय: श्री भागवत शरण झा 'अनिमेश' रचनात्मक क्षमता की बहुमुखी प्रतिभा के  प्रतीक हैं। वह उच्च क्षमताओं वाले कवि मात्र नहीं हैं बल्कि एक नाटककार, अभिनेता और गायक भी है। उनके रचनात्मक कार्यों का माध्यम मुख्य रूप से हिंदी है हालांकि उन्होंंने  बज्जिका और मैथिली में भी उल्लेखनीय लेखन किया है। हिंदी में उनकी एकल कविता-पुस्तक 'आशंका से उबरते हुए' के रूप में प्रकाशित हुई है, जिसे प्रकाशन संस्थान, दिल्ली में प्रकाशित किया गया  और आलोचकों ने इसे प्रभावी समकालीन अपील के लिए सराहा है। इससे पहले वह दो कविता की पुस्तकों में प्रमुख सह-लेखक रहे हैं जिन्हें 'त्रिवेणी' और 'जनपद' नाम दिया गया था। उनकी कई कविताओं, कहानियां, लेख प्रतिष्ठित अखबारों में प्रकाशित किए गए हैं और उन्हें आकाशवाणी और दूरदर्शन पर प्रसारित किया गया है। श्री झा को आयकर विभाग में आयकर अधिकारी के रूप में कार्यरत है और वर्तमान में पटना (बिहार, भारत) में रहते हैं।

Introduction of the poet: Sri Bhagwat Sharan Jha 'Animesh' is an epitome of versatile creative potentiality. He is a poet of high calibre and not less a dramatist, actor and singer. Medium of his creative works is mainly Hindi though is as well a writer in Bajjika and Maithili. His solo poem-book in Hindi titled as 'Ashaka se Ubarte Hue' was published from Prakashan Sansthan, Delhi and was appreciated by critique for it's effective contemporary appeal. Before this he had been co-author in two poem-books christened as 'Triveni' and 'janapada'. Many of his poems, stories, articles have been published in reputed newspapers and have been broadcast/ telecast on Akashvani and Doordarshan respectively. Sri Jha is employed as an ITO in Income Tax Department and presently lives in Patna (Bihar, India).
